Description

Quince is a fragrant fruit with a flavour and texture reminiscent of pear. When we can get our hands on fresh quince it’s a treat! This jam is made with small cubes of fruit simmered in a juice extracted from simmering the quince peels in water. It’s unique and makes a great spread for toast or an accompaniment to cheese.
